Welcome to High Motivation Training Academy

High Motivation Training Academy is a Registered Training Organisation that began operations in 1995 as Reiki College International.

We operate from a Queensland base, and provide training and assessment to students throughout Australia by distance learning, through regional workshops, and through training partners in other states in Australia.

Training once meant listening to your teacher, studying a set curriculum and working studiously to pass exams. The end result was a qualification. In reality, people become work competent in a variety of ways.

The accredited programs deliver training by emphasizing  “What you can do” rather than “How you learnt to do it”. This competency based training is of great service to you, the student who is informed of course content for all courses before enrolment and assessed throughout the training.

Records of competency in assessment are given to the student and kept by the Academy to be built on or added to at future times.
