Or for further information, please complete our contact form Recognition of Prior Learning with HMTA There are many ways to complete a program of study with HMTA. We recognise that you may have completed training and studies with other organisations (either accredited courses or non accredited courses), and you may have working / life experiences which provide you with the current competencies of those qualifications / units you are seeking to obtain formal recongition in. You may be able to use this information / knowledge / skill to prove COMPETENCY in some areas of your proposed study. Please remember that all AQF Qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by other RTOs are recognised nationally. Mututal recognition is granted by direct recognition of competency units complete at another RTO, or a combination of mutual recognition and credit transfer. If you are applying for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), or Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC), please review the information provided for you in our Student Manual. Once you have read this information, and you wish to apply for RPL, please send us your request in writing (see our contact information here), and we will forward to you an RPL Application Kit containing a self-assessment questionnaire. Please DO NOT send any evidence with your initial request. If you are applying for credit transfer, we will request to see your original Qualification documentation, or your Statement of Attainment so that we can process your application. Thank you |
